How to Redeem a PlayStation Gift Card (PS5, PS4 and Mobile)

After buying a PlayStation gift card you receive a 12-character code. This guide shows how to redeem it on every device.

Before you start

• Make sure the card region matches your account region. A US card only works on a US account.
• Enter the code carefully, without spaces.

Redeem on PS5

1. Open PlayStation Store from the home screen.
2. Select the (…) icon at the top.
3. Choose Redeem Code.
4. Enter the code and confirm.

Redeem on PS4

1. Open PlayStation Store.
2. Scroll down the left menu and select Redeem Codes.
3. Enter the code and choose Continue.

Redeem on mobile or the web

1. Open the PlayStation App or go to store.playstation.com.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. From your profile menu choose Redeem Code and enter the code.

If the code doesn't work

If you see an "invalid code" error, check your account region first. If the problem continues, send a screenshot of the error together with your order number to ZoodKey support.
